Week One
Eating healthy is really hard when you’re away for 4 out of 7 days of the week. I’ve been slacking on writing down everything and now that I’ve attempted to write everything down and calculate it I have managed to go over my points limit all but one of the days. Wednesday is the next meeting and I’ll have to see what my weight is then.
Of course it’s easier to socialize after you’ve had a few drinks....

New Beginnings
Today after weeks complaining I’ve finally decided to take the plung and get serious about this whole weight loss thing. I’ve done Weight Watchers before back in the US, but now that I’m living in New Zealand its bound to be a whole new experience.
